Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He was ordained in 2007. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne, in addition to being a pastor, is passionate about training up the younger generation. He serves as a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the author of several online publications and is a contributing author to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has a wife named Leslie. They have three kids.
